Free Delivery:

We offer free delivery to most of the UK Mainland for all our items. Please see below for further information on exceptions and deliveries to outside of UK Mainland.

Small Items will be delivered on an overnight delivery service (one working day) once production complete.

Large items (defined by 80cm or above in 2 dimensions or above 120cm in one dimension) are delivered to your ground floor entryway or hallway by our specialist 2-man delivery service within 2-4 working days once production is complete.

White Glove Delivery Upgrade:

 

By upgrading to a White Glove Delivery Service at checkout we will send all of your items - small, medium or large - with our specialist two-man courier who will deliver to a room of choice, unpackage the item and take the packaging away with them.

Delivery lead times:

All our products are handmade to order in our Hampshire workshop. For an estimated delivery timescale please see the delivery window in the banner above the ‘Add To Cart’ button on each product page. The estimated lead time will also be shown on your order confirmation. Please note delivery timescales are an estimate and we always try our absolute best to keep to these however each item is handmade to order by human beings and sometimes factors outside our control can result in a slight delay.

For delivery timescales on custom items please contact us directly however as a general rule please allow an extra 5-7 working days for design customisations!

 

 

UK Mainland delivery exceptions:

Dining tables -

Unfortunately we cannot deliver any of our Dining Tables outside of the UK mainland. This includes Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands and certain Highlands postcodes (IV16 and above, KW, PA20 and above, PH20 and above)

For delivery to Highlands postcodes IV-IV15 , PA-PA19, PH-PH19, DD and AB we can deliver our Dining Tables, however there will be an additional delivery charge. Please contact us for a quote.

Everything Else -

All other items we can send just about anywhere in the UK however certain areas do incur a surcharge, including:

  • Highlands (Which we define as postcodes starting: AB, DD, IV, KW, PA and PH)
  • Channel Islands & Isle of Wight
  • Northern Ireland

Want to use your own courier?

If we don’t cover your area, or you would like to use an alternative courier, we can deliver to the UK depot of your chosen shipping partner, who will take care of the rest for you. For more information, give us a call on 02382 595 777 or send us an email to info@stillandbloom.co.uk.

Want to collect your item(s)?

We are always happy for you or your courier to collect from our workshop during business hours (8:30am to 5pm Monday -Friday). Please just let us know.

Are there multiple items in your order?

If you have ordered more than one item with us, we will ship them together once everything is ready to go! So what happens if, for example, you order a bedside table and a Coast Dining Table? Well, in this scenario they'll both be sent once the Coast Dining Table is ready as this has the longest lead time.

 Will it fit through the door?

So that there are no unexpected surprises on delivery day, we suggest you double-check the dimensions of your item before placing your order. That way you'll have the peace of mind knowing it will be able to fit it through your front door and squeeze around any tight hallways, stairs or landings! The overall dimensions of each of our items can be found on their individual product listing.

Our Coast tables come in 4 large components and arrives flat-packed, enabling them to reach any tricky space in the home. All our other items arrive fully assembled and cannot be taken apart, so please make sure you have plenty of room for access before you order. If in any doubt please give us a call and we can help advise.

 

Failed Delivery

Please note that for all large items which are delivered by our 2 man courier service you will receive a call or text in advance to book in a convenient delivery day and time window with you. If this is confirmed by the customer or recipient and the subsequent delivery is unable to take place due to issues at the delivery location (such as the item not fitting through your doorway or no one available to take accept delivery) and the item has to be returned to us, then the cost of the return will be charged to you or taken from your refund amount.

Our furniture is large, fragile and costly to transport so please make sure you are available within the agreed time slot and have suitable access into your property.

For smaller items coming via DHL they will text you a time window on the morning of delivery and will attempt delivery 3 times before the item is returned to us. Any redelivery after this will be charged at £15.00
